Animated World of DC Comics: Aquaman vs. The Ice Dragon & The Deadly Drillers (1967)

Time to scope out  Aquaman in "The Ice Dragon". Now, you'd think dragons wouldn't live undersea, but leave it author Bob Haney to create one that did. Note, too, that some of the incidental music was also used in the Teen Titans segments, which also featured Aqualad (Jerry Dexter). Also on tap, "The Deadly Drillers":

Rating: B.

Said it before, sayin' it again. I loves me some Filmation DC heroes cartoons. Newest rumor out there recently is that while it's well known Metamorpho was to have a cartoon as well (as stated in ads in several DC comics at that time), allegedly 6 cartoons were completed but never shown. If it's true, I'll presume they're in the Warner Bros vaults.

Actually, that Metamorpho-Filmation rumor's been around for a while, and you're probably right. It's likely buried in the WB vaults if they do exist. As it would happen, the Element Man would finally see animated action several years later, but I think what held him back in the 60's was the fact that his origins might've been a little too deep for the young ones.
